Operations Center is Nod's radar providing structure. It also unlocks tier 2 units and structures and researches various upgrades.

Tiberium EssenceEdit

The Operations Center is one of Nod's key structures. It is often found in every Nod base, as it provides the local commander with radar view of the surrounding battlefield. Some upgrades are also available from the Operations Center; Laser Capacitors, EMP Coils and Microwave Pulse Generator. Additionally, it provides the EMP Missile and Network Espionage support powers.
